Carrie brings to the business a passion for delivering the best quality security teams integrated with the KST group’s technology and innovation.

Carrie has worked in the Security Industry for over 20 years in a variety of different roles and has a real client focus, leading her operations team and driving best practice across a number of strategic accounts.

Lee joined Kings as an Operations Manager in 2021 and quickly progressed to the role of Operations Director. Lee has worked within the Security Industry for 22 years in a variety of different roles and has a real passion for delivering best-in-class services with a real focus on process, colleague support and contract development leading to colleague/account retention.

Lee is a very proactive and approachable strategic leader and has cultivated high performing teams throughout his career.

Having worked in the security industry since 1998, Lee managed a large defence contract before moving into the warehousing and distribution sector where he has spent 20+ years working alongside multiple clients and third-party logistic providers to target loss prevention and theft detection. Lee’s focus is on innovation, sharing of best practice and, more importantly, overall reductions in manned guarding costs.

Providing sound advice and guidance to a large national management team, Lee has effectively demonstrated cost savings to clients in both shrinkage and manned guarding spend.

Jamie has over 20 years’ experience within the security industry and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Kings Guarding Solutions (KGS). Since starting at KGS in 2019 Jamie has worked his way up the ranks through various roles and now works as an operations manager within the North region. Jamie is responsible for a wide range of different sectors and clients that he deals with on a daily basis.

Alison has worked in security since 1996, starting has a security officer working in job centres around the west midlands area, working her way up the ranks within the company. Alison has worked as a manager for over 15 years, leading her officer standards to supply an excellent services to our clients. Alison brings a passion for success, driving her team to be the very best they can be within their roles.

Selim brings 17 years of experience in the security industry to the business, with roles including Security Manager at Next and Regional Asset Protection Officer. Selim specialises in staff management, contract performance, compliance, and risk assessment, and is adept at improving operational efficiency and building strong client relationships.

Mark is a seasoned British Army veteran turned Security Operations Manager with a commitment to safeguarding in the UK and Ireland through extensive expertise since 2007. With a proven track record in security management since 2008, Mark excels in delivering unparalleled safety and security solutions. His experience ranges from participating in the untitled war fight in Iraq to ensuring the protection of multimillion-pound assets. Mark’s leadership and meticulous approach guarantee that with him, you are in good hands.

Louise has over 15 years of finance and admin experience within the security industry, Louise’s current role at Kings Guarding Solutions (KGS) is Finance Manager. It’s Louise’s responsibility to make sure all guarding and Mobile/Key Holding invoices are sent out in a correct and timely manner and plays a vital part in the day-to-day communications between KGS and our guarding and mobile customers.
