KINGS PROVIDE MATALAN WITH HIGH-END SECURITY
Kings Guarding Solutions and British fashion and homeware retailer, Matalan maintain a strong relationship since the awarding of contracts in 2015 where Kings was chosen to provide a range of high-end integrated electronic security, remote monitoring and keyholding and response services.
Kings’ national network of Mobile Response Teams, alongside dedicated Account Management has allowed Matalan to enjoy unprecedented security for its site portfolio throughout the UK.
The Challenge
- Provide protection across a portfolio of 228 Matalan stores across the UK
- Requirement to attend national Alarm Activations, Mobile Patrols, Store Deliveries and carry out weekly Vacant Property Inspections
- Liaison with Helpdesk to report maintenance and emergency issues
- To provide contractor access whenever required for repairs or planned maintenance
- Deployment of ad hoc Security Officers at short notice
The Solution
- Kings provides a National Mobile Response Service, comprising of teams local to each store
- Kings provides 24/7 dedicated account management to ensure continuity of service and one point of contact for the Matalan team
- Kings dedicated account manager provides daily and weekly reporting and liaison with the various departments to ensure the store portfolio is secure and that any maintenance or security issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently
